Join me as I embrace and share American country style by reclaiming the past...my family's past. Come along as I make my house a home on a $0 budget with reclaimed, repurposed, recycled and found treasures all out of my grandparent's old house, local junk shops and my parent's attic. And since we have to eat too, I'll sprinkle in some gardening, country recipes, and a whole lot of southern hospitality.

  7. Anite, I am speechless in praise to the Lord for your glorious voice!!!! What a blessing you are, my friend. I just took the IPAD in to the other room so Fred could hear you, too. This is just GORGEOUS.

I have to tell you that Fred and I once heard a gosepel singer sing this at a tiny country church where I had gone with my college speech professors to play the part of Mary. I have never heard such indrecible music, and it was a TINY country church. This tenor who was a gosepl siger stood to sing, and I just couldn't contain myself. I had tears streaming down my face and so did Fred. We thought that was the most beautiful version we had ever heard, but I have to tell you, my friend, that your version is equally moving, and how on earth did you hit that high note??? AWESOME! I have tears running down my cheeks. Thank you for this Christmas gift. It is just the best!

    XO,

    Sheila

  14. Hi Anita - could I please please put a post about you on my blog?
You sing this better than Celine Dionne - I swear - and I'm in
Montreal ( Celine's birthplace ) so it's almost sacreligeous for me to say this.
